What You'll Do

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives and life circumstances
• Assess client needs and recommend banking products including checking and savings accounts, loans, and investment services
• Manage account opening, maintenance, and resolution of routine banking inquiries
• Cross-sell financial products and services to expand the customer relationship
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and company policies
• Meet sales goals while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction
• Participate in community outreach and networking to grow the client base
• Stay current on Bank of America products, market conditions, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or financial services experience preferred
• Proven track record of success in customer service, sales, or relationship management
• Excellent communication and listening skills with genuine interest in helping others
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of personal finance and banking products
• Willingness to obtain banking licenses and certifications as required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
