About the Role

As Strategy Lead for RWD Commercial Strategy & Innovation at Norstella, you'll drive strategic initiatives that connect clinical evidence with commercial opportunity. You'll develop and execute commercial strategies around real-world data solutions, identify market expansion opportunities, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver innovative products and services that enable faster, more informed decisions across the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape.

What You'll Do

• Define and refine the commercial strategy for Norstella's RWD offerings, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals
• Identify emerging opportunities in real-world data and evidence generation that create competitive advantage
• Lead innovation initiatives that transform how life sciences organizations use real-world evidence to improve patient access and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with product, data science, and sales teams to translate strategy into scalable solutions
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning in the RWD space
• Build and nurture partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech stakeholders to understand evolving needs

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership experience in commercial strategy, business development, or innovation roles within life sciences, healthcare, or data-driven industries
• Deep understanding of real-world data, real-world evidence, and regulatory frameworks governing their use in drug development and post-market surveillance
• Strategic thinking combined with proven ability to execute and drive measurable results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with comfort navigating complex healthcare ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across organizations
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
