SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Compass Group, North America is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Villa Hills, Kenton County. Lead daily operations at the Erlanger Independent School District location and manage a dedicated team across your assigned shift.

The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Lead and supervise assigned staff during your shift, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures
• Oversee food preparation, service, and storage to meet quality and freshness standards
• Train staff on protocols, equipment use, and customer service expectations
• Monitor efficiency, allocate resources, and adjust schedules to meet operational needs
• Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate issues when needed
• Complete shift closeout, documentation, and communicate handoff information to incoming teams

Who We're Looking For

• Prior supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or similar team-based environment
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles
• Natural ability to communicate, motivate, and resolve team conflicts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
• Commitment to accuracy, consistency, and maintaining high service standards
• Flexibility to work a second shift schedule; days and hours may vary based on operational need
