About the Role

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute global strategy frameworks aligned with Abbott's corporate objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic business decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning diagnostics, medical devices, nutritional products, and pharmaceuticals in translating market insights into strategy
- Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive threats, and regulatory shifts affecting Abbott's business segments
- Present strategic recommendations and market intelligence findings to executive leadership
- Drive strategic initiatives that enhance Abbott's market position and customer value across regions
- Partner with regional and functional teams across Abbott's presence in 160+ countries to synthesize global market perspectives
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or market intelligence, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in global, matrix-driven organizations
- Deep knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes
- Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in translating data and research into business strategy
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced global environments
