About the Role

As an Of Counsel attorney specializing in employment litigation, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients navigating high-stakes workplace legal challenges. You'll manage sophisticated employment law cases, provide business-focused legal counsel to corporate clients, and contribute to firm strategy and client development initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead employment litigation matters from complaint through resolution, representing employer clients in federal and state court proceedings
  • Advise clients on employment law compliance, policy development, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and supervise associate attorneys on litigation teams and complex legal matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact on significant employment disputes
  • Contribute thought leadership and business development efforts to grow the employment litigation practice
  • Handle matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and regulatory investigations

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in employment law litigation with a demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state employment law, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and wage and hour statutes
  • Strong courtroom and deposition experience with confidence managing complex disputes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to distill complex legal issues for business audiences
  • Established client relationships and business development capability in the employment law sector
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys across multiple office locations
