About the Role
As Sr. Manager – Threat Assessment & Investigations at CAA, you'll direct a critical function that protects our clients, operations, and reputation. You'll develop and execute comprehensive threat assessment strategies, oversee investigative operations, and collaborate with legal, operations, and executive leadership to identify and mitigate organizational and client-facing risks.
What You'll Do
- Lead threat assessment initiatives, analyzing potential risks to clients, employees, and operations
- Oversee investigations into reported threats, security concerns, and compliance matters
- Develop and implement investigative protocols, standards, and best practices
- Manage relationships with law enforcement, external security consultants, and legal counsel
- Prepare detailed findings and recommendations for senior leadership and legal teams
- Build and mentor a team focused on threat prevention and investigative excellence
- Ensure all investigations adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements
- Monitor emerging threats and adjust assessment frameworks accordingly
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in threat assessment, investigations, security, or related compliance roles
- Proven track record managing investigations or security programs in a corporate or entertainment industry setting
- Strong knowledge of investigative methodologies and threat assessment frameworks
- Excellent analytical and report-writing abilities
- Leadership experience managing and developing security or investigations teams
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing investigations
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to senior leadership
- Discretion, integrity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters
