KinderCare Education is hiring dedicated Teachers to join the CDLC of Frisco team in Prosper, Collin County. This is a full-time position for educators ready to shape early childhood development through engaging, play-based learning in a classroom environment.

About the Role

As a Teacher at CDLC of Frisco, you'll create a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning space where young children explore, discover, and grow. You'll build meaningful relationships with each child while supporting their academic, social, and emotional milestones during these critical early years.

What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational learning skills
• Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment
• Observe and track each child's development, sharing progress with families through regular communication
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked classroom spaces
• Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to uphold program standards and create a positive, inclusive community
• Support children's transitions throughout the day and respond to individual emotional and developmental needs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education credentials, certifications, or college coursework strongly preferred
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth
• Reliable, professional demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and engage actively with children throughout the day
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
• Willingness to follow all health, safety, and child care center regulations
