About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll provide expert diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for Audi vehicles and European imports. You'll work in a professional service environment where precision and customer satisfaction drive every job—from complex engine diagnostics to transmission rebuilds, electrical system troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and factory specifications
- Perform complete engine, transmission, suspension, and brake system repairs and maintenance
- Execute factory-approved repairs to Audi vehicles while adhering to manufacturer standards
- Use technical service bulletins and OEM documentation to resolve complex technical problems
- Maintain detailed repair records and communicate status updates to management and customers
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and warranty requirements
What We're Looking For
- Audi Master Guild Technician certification or equivalent advanced Audi-specific training and experience
- Proven track record diagnosing and repairing European vehicles, particularly Audi models
- Strong knowledge of modern automotive electrical systems, engine management, and OBD-II diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service jobs efficiently
- Professional communication skills and commitment to customer service excellence
- Valid driver's license and willingness to perform road-test validation of repairs
