What You'll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to guide project work
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, and composite materials to specification

- Install doors, windows, trim, flooring, and finish components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and supervisors to meet project timelines

- Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial or construction environments
- Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes
