About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul in Grand Prairie, you'll be instrumental in delivering the exceptional customer experience that defines our brand. This position is based at our facility located at 920 MacArthur Blvd, Grand Prairie, Texas 75050, where you'll interact with customers daily and represent the values that make U-Haul trusted by renters across the nation.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding truck rentals, moving supplies, and U-Haul services
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a welcoming demeanor
- Answer questions about rental terms, pricing, equipment, and store inventory
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and U-Haul offerings
- Support the team in keeping the facility clean, organized, and ready for customers
