About the Role
As a Remote Notary Services Provider, you'll deliver notarization services to clients across your region and conduct remote online notarizations from your home office. This role combines the autonomy of self-directed work with access to a steady pipeline of notary jobs, loan signing assignments, and remote notarization opportunities provided through our nationwide network.
What You'll Do
- Perform remote online notarizations (RON) and mobile notarization services for loan documents and other legal signings
- Manage client interactions, verify signer identities, and maintain compliance with state and federal notary regulations
- Schedule appointments with signers, conduct signings in person or via video, and return completed documents promptly
- Build your own client base while accessing signing jobs from our platform's daily feeds
- Maintain detailed records, notary journals, and documentation for all notarizations performed
- Provide professional, courteous service that meets our high standards for thoroughness and accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Active notary public commission in Massachusetts with background screening clearance
- Professional experience or demonstrated expertise in notarization and loan signing procedures
- Reliable transportation for mobile notarization work (or equipment for fully remote online notarizations)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to legal compliance details
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet client deadlines
- Familiarity with RON platforms and digital documentation tools
