Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health – $2,500 per week

CompHealth Inc. is actively recruiting a travel physical therapist to deliver home health services in Wyoming, Kent County on a full-time, 13-week assignment. This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed, experienced physical therapist seeking a temporary travel role with comprehensive logistical support.

About the Role

As a travel physical therapist in home health, you'll provide direct patient care in residential settings throughout the Kent County area. This temporary position offers the flexibility and variety that travel healthcare professionals seek, combined with the rewarding work of helping patients recover function and independence in their own homes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations for patients in home health settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing mobility, strength, pain management, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions based on clinical outcomes
• Document patient care thoroughly in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols specific to home-based care

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted physical therapy license in Delaware
• Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Demonstrated experience in home health or acute care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Professional demeanor and genuine commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied patient caseload
