Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care using appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities
• Progress and modify treatment plans based on patient outcomes and clinical indicators
• Document patient sessions and maintain accurate clinical records per facility standards
• Communicate and coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

What You Bring

• Current Georgia PT license or eligibility for reciprocal licensure
• Valid CPR and BLS certification
