About the Role
This full‑time opportunity supports the shop’s core CNC machining and truck/upfit operations. The role is essential to keeping daily workflows smooth and ensuring that projects meet the company’s high standards for precision and timeliness.
What You'll Do
- Assist technicians with CNC machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance
- Help fabricate and install components for work trucks and vans
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage inventory of supplies
- Follow safety guidelines and quality checkpoints on every task
- Communicate progress and any issues to supervisors and teammates
- Complete paperwork and track job details accurately
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements
