What You'll Do

• Oversee daily departmental operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Track merchandise, identify shrink opportunities, and contribute to department profitability
• Interact with customers to understand needs and resolve any product-related questions
• Coordinate with store management on ordering, scheduling, and operational priorities

• Proven experience managing a perishable or grocery department, or equivalent retail leadership background

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
