About the Role
Lead Sales Associates are the backbone of our store operations. You'll drive customer satisfaction, maintain store standards, and lead by example—ensuring every shopper finds what they need while our store runs smoothly and efficiently every single day.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable customer service and greet shoppers warmly
- Operate point-of-sale registers with accuracy and speed
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- Execute opening and closing store procedures with precision
- Support inventory management, including cycle counts and merchandise tracking
- Lead, mentor, and guide other store associates by example
- Handle cash and payment transactions according to company policies
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and patience
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work approach
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Comfort with basic math and cash handling responsibilities
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and remain active throughout your shift
- Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
