About the Role
As Commercial Lines Account Manager, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our business clients, overseeing their insurance needs from policy inception through renewal. You'll combine consultative problem-solving with operational excellence to protect client assets and grow account value over time.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, serving as their primary insurance advisor and account contact
- Manage and grow existing commercial insurance accounts across multiple lines of coverage
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of commercial policies and renewals
- Identify opportunities to expand coverage and introduce additional insurance products to existing clients
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and support teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay current with commercial insurance products, regulations, and market conditions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial insurance accounts
- Strong background in commercial lines, property and casualty insurance, or related insurance disciplines
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client partnerships
- Attention to detail in policy management and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Professional communication skills and client-facing presence
