Procraft Cabinetry is hiring a full-time Kitchen and Bath Designer in Dallas, Texas to guide homeowners through inspired, functional design from the first conversation to the finished space.
About the Role
As a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Procraft, you will be the creative and technical resource our clients rely on when they reimagine the heart of their homes. Based on-site in Dallas, Texas, you will work hands-on with walk-in homeowners, translating their goals, budgets, and lifestyles into cabinetry layouts and finishes that feel both beautiful and practical. This is a full-time, in-person position offering compensation of $40,000 to $45,000 annually, plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert design guidance and product knowledge to Procraft's residential clients.
- Meet directly with walk-in homeowners to understand their vision and recommend tailored kitchen and bath solutions.
- Develop accurate cabinetry layouts, material selections, and design concepts that match each client's needs and budget.
- Present design options clearly and help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
- Support the full design experience from initial consultation through final selections.
Qualifications
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to plan functional, attractive kitchen and bath spaces.
- Confident, customer-facing communication skills for working face-to-face with homeowners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when building layouts and product specifications.
- A collaborative, service-driven mindset and genuine enthusiasm for home design.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at our Dallas, Texas location.
