Tryko Partners, a prominent real estate investment company based in Point Pleasant Boro, Ocean County, is hiring Accounts Payable Associates for our growing finance team. We're looking for detail-oriented professionals at both entry and intermediate experience levels to join us in a full-time role managing vendor payments, invoice processing, and financial transactions.
About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Associate at Tryko Partners, you'll serve as a key member of our finance operations team, handling critical payment workflows for our real estate investment portfolio spanning healthcare facilities and multifamily properties across the region. Working 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, you'll process vendor invoices, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate financial records that support our business operations.
What You'll Do
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Prepare and schedule payment runs, ensuring timely vendor remittance
- Reconcile accounts payable aging reports and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and manage communication with external suppliers
- Enter and update financial transactions in our accounting systems
- Support month-end and year-end close procedures
- Assist with expense reporting and reimbursement processing
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting degree or relevant coursework a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and collaborative work style
- Experience with accounts payable or similar financial roles (preferred for experienced candidates)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
