Superior Executive Legal Recruiting is hiring a Senior Personal Injury Attorney for a plaintiff-focused law firm based in California. This is a full-time position for an experienced litigator ready to lead complex injury cases from intake through resolution.

About the Role

You'll serve as a senior litigator at a California-based firm specializing in personal injury representation. This role combines hands-on case work with leadership responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to grow your practice while mentoring junior attorneys and support staff.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough case evaluations to determine viability, damages, and litigation strategy
• Manage complex injury litigation cases from investigation through trial, settlement, or appeal
• Lead discovery processes, depositions, and pre-trial motions
• Supervise paralegals, case managers, and administrative staff
• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injury claims
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout the legal process
• Represent clients in negotiations and courtroom proceedings

What We're Looking For

• California law license in good standing
• Minimum five years of hands-on personal injury litigation experience
• Proven track record managing cases for plaintiffs
• Experience with catastrophic or serious injury cases preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to lead and mentor support staff
• Professional judgment and ethical standards
