About the Role
As an Area Manager for Cafes, you'll be the strategic leader of our New York City cafe portfolio. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop cafe teams across multiple New York City locations
- Oversee cafe operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Maintain and elevate quality standards for coffee preparation and service
- Drive sales performance and operational efficiency while protecting margins
- Foster a welcoming customer experience that reflects our brand values
- Coordinate with roasting, supply, and corporate teams to support cafe success
- Train staff on specialty coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, and customer service excellence
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements
