About the Role
As an Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Manager at Numerator, you'll develop and execute integrated communication strategies that support our business objectives and reinforce strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure consistent, compelling corporate messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, financial analysts, and industry stakeholders
- Create investor communication materials including presentations, fact sheets, and quarterly updates
- Coordinate investor engagement activities, earnings communications, and industry events
- Manage media relations and oversee external coverage of Numerator corporate announcements
- Develop and maintain consistent corporate messaging aligned with our business strategy and market positioning
- Collaborate with senior executives on investor meetings, conference presentations, and speaking opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform communication planning
- Maintain the investor relations calendar and coordinate stakeholder communication cycles
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or strategic communications roles
- Proven expertise in financial communications and investor stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated presentation abilities
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with investors, media, and financial analysts
- Expertise developing corporate narratives and brand messaging strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams
