About the Role
You'll provide specialized bedside nursing care for patients with neurological and traumatic injuries in our inpatient setting. Marshfield Clinic values nurses committed to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to inpatient patients with acute neurological and trauma-related conditions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, neurological status, and clinical progression
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice updates
