Junior Recruiter – (Onsite 2 days a week in Herndon, VA)

Serco is growing its Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Junior Recruiter to help us bring talented professionals into our organization. Based in Jefferson Manor, Fairfax County, this full-time role requires onsite presence two days per week in Herndon, VA, and offers a genuine opportunity to build a career in recruitment within a highly engaged, collaborative team that values independent growth and professional development.

About the Role

Our Talent Acquisition team is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter who thrives in team-oriented, collaborative environments. You'll contribute meaningfully to our recruitment efforts while learning from experienced professionals in a supportive setting designed to help you develop recruiting expertise and advance your career.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates through job boards and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate fit
• Support interview coordination between candidates and internal hiring teams
• Maintain organized candidate records and communication logs
• Build and nurture candidate relationships and talent pipelines
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and team efficiency
• Learn and effectively use applicant tracking and recruiting tools
