About the Role

As Senior Growth Consultant, you'll be the strategic advisor and growth partner for Coldwell Banker franchisees in your market. Your focus centers on three core pillars—retention, growth, and optimization—each designed to deliver measurable business outcomes and competitive advantage. You'll own accountability for your Book of Business, combining market expertise with hands-on partnership to help franchisees achieve their growth targets and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute retention strategies that deepen franchisee relationships with clients and strengthen market position
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within your territory to expand franchise revenue and market share
• Analyze performance data to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions that increase profitability
• Establish performance benchmarks and lead franchisees toward measurable, specific business metrics
• Provide ongoing strategic guidance and consulting support to help franchisees maximize their competitive advantage
• Evaluate market conditions and competitor activity to inform territory-wide strategy
• Foster collaborative, accountability-focused relationships with multiple franchisee partners
