About the Role
As a Store Team Leader at our Indianapolis store, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth, efficient operations while supporting store management and team members. You'll take on responsibilities that bridge frontline retail operations with broader business objectives, making decisions that impact customer experience and team performance.
What You'll Do
- Support the Store Leader and management team in executing the store's annual operational plan and strategic goals
- Make informed decisions regarding customer interactions, team member issues, and operational challenges
- Contribute to business planning discussions and help prioritize daily operational needs
- Guide and mentor store team members to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor store conditions, inventory visibility, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, training coordination, and team development

- Retail or customer service experience in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customer bases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing store needs
