About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to represent buyers and sellers in the greater Philadelphia region and beyond. As a real estate agent with us, you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to putting people before automation, where your expertise and client focus are valued and rewarded.

What You'll Do

• List and sell residential properties for both individual clients and commercial partners
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in your assigned areas
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to price and position properties for success
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from initial consultation through closing
• Navigate market trends and regulatory requirements across Philadelphia County, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore
• Partner with colleagues to share market knowledge and drive mutual success

What We're Looking For

• Active real estate license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey (or ability to obtain one)
• Demonstrated experience succeeding in residential real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Genuine commitment to understanding client needs and building lasting relationships
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with Philadelphia County, South Jersey, Asbury Park, or similar markets a plus
