About the Role

The Facilities Budget Liaison will provide professional-level analysis and support to the Department's Facilities Division, focusing on administrative, organizational, systems, and budgetary functions. This role serves as the primary liaison between facilities operations and financial planning, ensuring alignment between operational needs and fiscal resources.

What You'll Do

• Conduct professional-level budget and financial analysis for facilities operations
• Develop, analyze, and maintain budgetary documentation and forecasts
• Review and manage facilities-related contracts and administrative records
• Perform organizational and systems analysis to identify operational improvements
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for division management
• Serve as the liaison between Facilities Division and budget and finance functions
• Maintain compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements
