About the Role
Charlie Health is transforming how people access behavioral healthcare. In this full-time position, you'll facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling in our Orenco location, working within a clinical model that prioritizes personalized treatment and genuine human connection.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate and lead therapeutic group sessions with clinical expertise and compassion
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with treatment teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care
- Deliver psychoeducation and teach practical coping strategies
- Build therapeutic relationships and maintain healthy group dynamics
- Track outcomes and adjust treatment approaches based on participant response
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Active licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed counselor (LPC/LPCC), or equivalent credential
- Hands-on experience facilitating group therapy or counseling sessions
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use conditions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse populations
- Training in trauma-informed and client-centered approaches to care
