Business Banking Treasury Management Advisor – Relationship Manager I

PNC is seeking a Business Banking Treasury Management Advisor - Relationship Manager I in Highland Park, Dallas to drive client success and deliver strategic financial solutions to mid-market business clients. This is a full-time role where you'll combine financial expertise with relationship management to help businesses optimize their liquidity, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Treasury Management Advisor - Relationship Manager I, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner to PNC's business banking clients. You'll identify their cash management needs, design customized treasury solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of banking services. This role bridges advisory and relationship management—using deep product knowledge to solve complex financial challenges while building lasting client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Assess client liquidity needs and recommend treasury solutions including cash management, payment processing, and working capital optimization
• Present financial products and services to business clients, explaining features, benefits, and ROI in clear business terms
• Coordinate implementation of treasury solutions, working cross-functionally with product teams and operations
• Monitor client account activity, proactively identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business banking clients, managing ongoing relationship health
• Maintain accurate client records and activity documentation in banking systems
• Support business development and sales initiatives within the business banking division

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of banking, finance, or related business experience
• Strong understanding of treasury management, cash management, and banking products
• Excellent communication skills—ability to explain complex financial concepts to business owners and CFOs
• Client-focused mindset with proven ability to build relationships and drive satisfaction
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
