About the Role

As an Enterprise Preconstruction Leader, you'll own the preconstruction strategy and execution for significant commercial and industrial projects. You'll work at the intersection of estimating, scheduling, and field delivery, serving as a trusted strategic partner to clients, design professionals, and internal stakeholders. This role demands someone who can synthesize complex project information, anticipate risks, and deliver insights that shape project success from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive preconstruction planning, including feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and resource scheduling for enterprise-scale mechanical, electrical, and building services projects
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and internal business leaders to influence project scope and delivery approaches
• Develop detailed project budgets, schedules, and execution plans that balance cost, quality, and schedule objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, opportunities, and constructability challenges before work begins
• Lead teams of estimators, planners, and support staff across multiple concurrent projects
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and clients with clarity and confidence
• Contribute to continuous improvement in preconstruction processes and systems across the enterprise

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading preconstruction operations for large construction projects, preferably in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or building services
• Strong understanding of construction estimating, project scheduling, and delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience managing teams and developing talent in a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on problem-solving ability
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
