About the Role
As a Recent Graduate Over-The-Road Truck Driver based out of Phoenix, Maricopa County, you'll haul freight long-distance across the country while building real-world experience behind the wheel. This is a ground-floor, full-time position designed specifically for newly licensed drivers — no prior over-the-road experience is required, just your CDL and the drive to get rolling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely on over-the-road, long-haul routes
- Transport and deliver freight on schedule while following all DOT and federal safety regulations
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and delivery documentation
- Communicate consistently with dispatch and provide reliable customer service on the road
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Recent graduate of a truck-driving program — entry-level and no-experience candidates are welcome
- Willingness to drive over-the-road routes and stay out for extended stretches
- Commitment to safe, dependable, on-time delivery
