About the Role
As a Porsche Master Technician with JP Euro, you'll diagnose, service, and repair Porsche vehicles to the highest factory and aftermarket standards at our European and exotic auto repair facility. This on-site position in Crandall, Kaufman County, is built for an experienced specialist who takes pride in precision, accountability, and turning complex problems into clean, lasting fixes. Listed compensation ranges from $50–$65 per hour ($100,000–$160,000 annually), based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs across Porsche models and other European and exotic vehicles.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, mechanical work, and electrical troubleshooting to manufacturer specifications.
- Use factory-grade tools and diagnostic equipment to identify root causes accurately the first time.
- Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations clearly for service advisors and customers.
- Maintain a safe, organized bay and uphold the shop's standards for quality and craftsmanship.
- Mentor and support fellow technicians as part of a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as a Porsche technician, ideally at master level.
- Deep familiarity with European and exotic automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a meticulous, detail-driven approach.
