About the Role

As a Service Foreman - Glazing based in Spokane, WA, you will direct hands-on glazing service projects from start to finish. This is an on-site leadership position where craftsmanship, accountability, and team coordination come together to keep commercial building envelope work running safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise glazing service crews on commercial job sites across the Spokane area
• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of glazing repair, maintenance, and installation tasks
• Uphold quality standards and ensure workmanship meets project and client expectations
• Champion job-site safety and compliance with company and industry practices
• Communicate progress, schedules, and material needs with project teams and customers
• Mentor crew members and support a culture built on doing the right thing

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial glazing or building envelope service work
• Proven ability to lead, schedule, and motivate a field crew as a foreman
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and dependable results
