About the Role
As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro, you'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Porsche and other high-end European vehicles. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Elgin, Kane County, with an hourly pay range of $50–$65 depending on experience. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, making it easier to join our shop from outside the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Porsche and other European and exotic vehicles
- Complete scheduled maintenance, engine work, and complex mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Use specialized diagnostic equipment to pinpoint and resolve issues accurately
- Document work thoroughly and communicate findings clearly to service staff and customers
- Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship on every job
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Porsche technician, ideally at a master level
- Strong background working on European and exotic automobiles
- Deep knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and shop tools
- Relevant technical certifications are a strong advantage
- A genuine passion for high-performance vehicles and meticulous, detail-driven work
