About the Role

As a Management Trainee, you will partner with Msccn’s client organizations to understand their staffing needs and support the recruitment and onboarding process. The program provides structured learning experiences across various business functions, allowing you to develop leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. You will receive mentorship from seasoned managers and gain exposure to real‑world projects that impact both the candidate community and employer partners.

What You'll Do

• Assist partner companies in defining job requirements and crafting compelling role descriptions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessment activities for military‑affiliated candidates.
• Participate in cross‑functional training rotations covering operations, sales, and client service.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare brief reports that inform hiring strategy.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring new hires receive the information and resources needed to succeed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by sharing insights gathered from candidate and client feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Current or former military service member, National Guard/Reserve member, military spouse, or caregiver of a service member.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus but not required.
