Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments supporting the development of color ingredient products.
- Drive R&D projects from concept through application, ensuring scientific rigor at every stage.
- Evaluate ingredient performance, stability, and functionality within relevant systems.
- Document findings clearly and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
- Partner with colleagues across R&D, operations, and commercial groups to bring solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- A background in chemistry, food science, biochemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Hands-on laboratory experience, ideally involving colorants, ingredients, or formulation work.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical, data-driven approach to problem solving.
