About the Role
As a full-time Production Supervisor focused on Fabrication and Welding, you'll oversee 2nd-shift operations at our Hesston, Harvey County facility. This is a hands-on leadership position for a driven professional who thrives on improving processes, mentoring team members, and delivering consistent quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily fabrication and welding activities during the 2nd shift to meet production targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor workflow, quality standards, and output to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time results.
- Champion workplace safety practices and uphold compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Background in fabrication, welding, or a related manufacturing discipline.
- Proven supervisory or team-leadership experience in a production setting.
- Strong commitment to integrity, excellence, and getting the details right.
- Availability to work the 2nd shift, 2:30pm to 11pm, on-site in Hesston, Harvey County.
