Are you driven to elevate athletic performance and build resilient, mission-ready Soldiers? Serco is hiring a full-time H2Fit: Strength & Conditioning Coach to support the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative serving Fort Bragg, NC.
About the Role
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach (SCC) with Serco, you will be an integral part of an H2F Performance Team focused on advancing Soldier readiness and physical capability. This position centers on designing, delivering, and managing evidence-based strength and conditioning programs that maximize human performance within the Army's premier holistic fitness model. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based out of Boise, Ada County.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, execute, and supervise individualized and unit-level strength and conditioning programs tailored to Soldier needs.
- Collaborate as a contributing member of a multidisciplinary H2F Performance Team to enhance overall readiness.
- Apply proven training methodologies to improve power, durability, mobility, and injury resilience.
- Monitor progress, adjust programming, and document outcomes to support continuous performance gains.
- Promote a culture of health, fitness, and long-term physical wellness across the supported population.
Qualifications
- Genuine commitment to health, fitness, and human performance optimization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of strength and conditioning principles and program design.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based performance environment.
- Background suited to coaching tactical or athletic populations toward measurable readiness goals.
