About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive focused on the Defense vertical, you will own complex enterprise sales cycles, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and position SAP solutions to solve the operational challenges facing defense and public-sector clients. Based in New York City, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value across industries that depend on resilient, secure software.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and expand existing accounts within the enterprise defense market.
• Lead full-cycle sales engagements, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Develop strategic account plans tailored to the needs of defense and government organizations.
• Build long-term relationships with executive decision-makers and procurement leaders.
• Partner with solution consultants, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and report on account progress.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling enterprise software or technology solutions, ideally within defense, government, or regulated industries.
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at the senior level.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in New York City, New York.
