About the Role
This Gynecology Oncology Physician position in Syracuse, Onondaga County, places you within a mission-driven, team-based practice connected to a Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center affiliation. You will care for patients facing gynecologic cancers while contributing to a program built on collaboration and clinical excellence. This is a daytime role with shared rotational call responsibilities among the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with gynecologic malignancies across the continuum of care
- Provide surgical and medical oncology care consistent with current evidence-based standards
- Work alongside multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate comprehensive cancer treatment plans
- Participate in shared, rotational on-call coverage with fellow physicians
- Support and strengthen the program's affiliation with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of New York
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered, mission-driven care
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to clinical practice
