About the Role
CommuniCare is hiring a full-time LPN Licensed Nurse for day shifts at our skilled nursing community in Copley, OH. In this on-site role, you will be central to a patient-centered model of care, supporting residents and their families with the kind of attentive, dependable nursing that defines our reputation. If you take pride in going beyond the expected to improve someone's day, you will feel at home on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, hands-on nursing care to residents during day shift hours
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor, assess, and document each resident's condition and response to care
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the broader care team
- Uphold safety, dignity, and a consistently high standard of patient-centered service
Qualifications
- Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Availability to work full-time on the day shift in Copley, OH (on-site, not remote)
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
- A genuine commitment to compassionate, resident-first care
