This is a full-time travel assignment based in Omaha, Douglas County. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist working with American Traveler, you will support a busy diagnostic imaging department on a 13-week contract, contributing your allied health skills to patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients in accordance with established protocols
• Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to capture diagnostic studies
• Position patients accurately and ensure their comfort and safety throughout each procedure
• Follow radiation safety standards and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and the broader care team to deliver quality results
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures thoroughly

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Appropriate state licensure to practice in Nebraska
• Experience operating nuclear medicine and diagnostic imaging systems
