About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to join our growing team. The role involves overseeing multiple centres, ensuring smooth operations, and driving the success of our technology education courses. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple centres (Novena, Bukit Panjang, Tampines)
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and quality education
• Manage staff and volunteers to maintain efficient centre operations
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with the Operations team to align centre activities with overall company goals
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget management, and reporting

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field (Education, Business Administration, or related)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within an educational setting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with technology education programs is beneficial
