What This Role Involves

The role of a Preschool/Centre Principal at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. involves providing leadership to set overall goals for the school, which form the basis for curriculum objectives. The principal will lead a team of early childhood teachers in delivering quality education and holistic development to children while ensuring their care is of the highest standard.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the preschool/centre operations
• Develop and implement policies that support the school’s mission, vision, and values
• Evaluate teacher performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching quality
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education
• Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and stakeholders
• Manage financial resources effectively to support the school’s goals and objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an early childhood educator or leadership role
• Proven track record in leading educational institutions with a focus on quality education and child development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with teachers, parents, and community members
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships within the school community
