We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Youth Workers to join our team in a full-time role at MANAWISE Care. Our Residential Care services are expanding across Brisbane’s Southside, and this is an opportunity for you to build a rewarding career with a growing organisation that values stability, continuity, and strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the personal development of young people in our care
- Creating safe and nurturing environments for youth
- Assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being
- Facilitating recreational and educational programs to enhance their lives
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support
Requirements
- Dedication and compassion for youth development
- A strong commitment to the welfare of young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in youth care or a related field is advantageous but not essential
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
