What You'll Do

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential workplace hazards
• Support the development and delivery of safety training programs for facility employees
• Document and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to implement safety improvements
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Assist in maintaining safety records and reporting metrics
• Participate in safety committee meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
