About the Role
As the Wastewater Treatment Lead with MKN, an Ardurra company, you will spearhead wastewater treatment projects for a collaborative, driven group of professionals. While Irvine, CA is the ideal location, this full-time, on-site position can be anchored at any of our California offices, including Oceanside, Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo, Bakersfield, Fresno, San Jose, Ventura, and Santa Clarita.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of wastewater treatment projects from concept through completion.
- Serve as a technical authority on treatment processes, systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple California offices to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff while nurturing a motivated, team-first culture.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading wastewater treatment engineering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of treatment systems, processes, and applicable standards.
- Proven leadership ability to guide, coordinate, and grow a team.
- Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
- Willingness to work on-site at one of Ardurra's California locations.
