About the Role

This Pain Management Physician position places you inside a well-regarded private practice anchored by a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons and musculoskeletal specialists. From day one, you inherit an active patient panel and a robust internal referral network, eliminating the slow ramp-up typical of new practices and letting you focus immediately on delivering high-quality, comprehensive pain care across the Tallahassee region.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with acute, subacute, and chronic pain conditions in an office-based setting
• Design and execute individualized, multimodal treatment plans integrating pharmacologic, interventional, and rehabilitative strategies
• Perform interventional procedures including spinal injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and related techniques
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic and musculoskeletal colleagues on complex, co-managed cases
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the practice

What We're Looking For

• Fellowship training in Pain Management is required
• Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology
• Current or eligible Florida medical licensure
• Strong procedural skills and a patient-centered approach to pain care
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented private practice environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary specialist group
