GO Staffing is recruiting a full-time, permanent Physician in Dermatology to join a growing group practice in Mount Vernon, Mobile County. This opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist seeking a clinically rich, no-call position with competitive compensation and long-term career stability.

About the Role

A well-established and expanding practice in the Mount Vernon area has an immediate need for a Dermatologist to support a broad patient population across medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. The role is full-time and permanent, structured around a reasonable daily patient volume with no call requirements — allowing providers to maintain a strong work-life balance while delivering excellent care.

• Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 annually

• 25–30 patients per day

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage a wide range of medical dermatology conditions for adult and pediatric patients
• Perform surgical dermatology procedures, including excisions, biopsies, and lesion removal
• Deliver cosmetic dermatology services aligned with patient needs and practice offerings
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation for each encounter
• Partner with support staff and clinical leadership to uphold high standards of patient-centered care
• Build and sustain a consistent, loyal patient panel within a supportive group environment

What We're Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Dermatology — new graduates and experienced physicians equally welcome
• Active Illinois medical license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
• Demonstrated competence across medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology disciplines
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first approach to clinical practice
• Ability to manage 25–30 patient visits per day with efficiency and thoroughness
• Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative mindset within a group practice setting
